Getting to IIT Tirupati
By Air:
Tirupati Airport (TIR), located at Renigunta (approximately 15 km from the city center), operates regular flights from major cities like Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, and Delhi.
By Rail:
Renigunta Junction (RU) is the major railway station serving near IIT Tirupati and is located very close to the city. It is a key railhead on the Chennai–Mumbai and Chennai–Hyderabad routes, with a large number of express and superfast trains halting there, making it highly convenient for travelers from across the country. Tirupati Railway Station (TPTY) is also active, especially for trains terminating in Tirupati.
By Road:
Tirupati is accessible via a well-maintained network of national and state highways, with regular bus services operated by APSRTC and private agencies from cities such as Chennai (135 km), Bangalore (250 km), and Hyderabad (560 km).
Note: IIT Tirupati is located near Yerpedu, about 25 km from Tirupati city, 14 km from Renigunta Junction, and 10 km from Tirupati Airport. It is easily accessible by road from all these points.
Local Transport
Auto-rickshaws, taxis, and app-based ride services like Ola are widely available in the city. Most locations, including the conference venue, hotels, and tourist attractions, are within short driving distance.

Reservation Deadline: All hostel reservations must be finalized by Nov 5, 2025. All available rooms are temporarily blocked. As per the orders of higher authorities, the organizers are required to release unbooked hostel rooms after this date. Hostel accommodation cannot be guaranteed after Nov 5, 2025. No exceptions can be made by the organizer in this regard due to limited infrastructure and orders from the higher authority.

Comfort & Facilities: Newly constructed hostel rooms at nominal, consolidated rates, ensuring a clean and pleasant stay. These rooms will be equipped with a bed, a mattress, a clean bedsheet, one pillow with a cover, and a thin blanket. The weather in Tirupati is pleasant during December, with a Temperature of ~20°C to 25°C.

Hotel Accomodation
For participants who prefer private accommodation or are accompanied by family members, the city of Tirupati offers a wide range of lodging options to suit various preferences and budgets. Numerous hotels, ranging from economical budget stays to premium and luxury establishments, are conveniently located within a 17-28 km radius of the event venue.
Attendees opting for off-campus accommodation are kindly requested to make their own booking arrangements well in advance to ensure availability during the event period. A few suggested hotel options are listed below for reference. Participants staying in private hotels are also requested to complete the provided Google Form to facilitate transportation arrangements from their respective hotels and to assist the organizers in compiling contact and coordination details.

Note: The Exclusive Tariff for Plasma 2025 will be available until October 30, 2025, due to the peak season in December.
Food and Dining
The Lunch and Dinner will be provided to all registered participants at the conference Venue. The breakfast will be arranged at the accommodation place for the participant who are staying in hostel or the hotels suggested by the organizers.
The menu will include a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, reflecting local and regional cuisines. Special dietary needs (e.g., vegan, gluten-free) can be accommodated upon prior request during the registration process.
Tea/coffee and light snacks will also be served during scheduled breaks to ensure participants stay energized and have opportunities to network informally. We aim to make your conference experience comfortable and enjoyable, both intellectually and socially.
